What you will do

• Manage the PLM environment, including setup, configuration, and routine maintenance.
• Lead projects such as upgrades, migrations, and new feature deployments in coordination with internal and external teams.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications to guide development teams.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation rules and routine audits.
• Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL.
• Act as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and external partners.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or PLM Administrator.
• Expertise in Teamcenter, SQL, and SSRS.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project lifecycle management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
