What you will do

• Analyze hardware and software requirements for project planning and make recommendations.
• Develop innovative solutions and improvements to IT processes.
• Lead and manage project deployments, ensuring goals are met within scope.
• Create software automation scripts and technical documentation for deployments.
• Collaborate with end-users pre- and post-deployment to verify successful delivery.
• Train and lead property technicians and contingent workers.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Information Technology.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Location: Must be based in Detroit, Michigan.

Nice to have

• Experience in an enterprise hospitality environment.
• Project management or project delivery experience.
• Fluency in command line scripting.
• A+ Certification, MCP, or higher.
• Knowledge of system-level and integration-level testing.
