What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customer sites to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Plan and execute software installations, upgrades, and hardware configurations.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to software, firmware, and hardware.
• Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely execution of deployments.
• Provide post-installation support to preserve system stability and customer satisfaction.
• Travel up to 75% to support client locations and project activities.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization, and networking concepts.
• Experience with database administration and enterprise networking technologies.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must be eligible to acquire relevant gaming licenses, including Tribal Gaming Licenses.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs during hardware installation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with clustered servers, containers (Kubernetes), and SAN environments.
• Technical certifications such as A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco.
• Experience in casino or gaming environments.
