What you will do

• Lead end-user support operations and resolve highly complex technical issues for enterprise users.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement improvements for service desk and customer support processes.
• Provide technical, managerial, and administrative direction for problem definition and system implementation.
• Advise on organization-wide system improvements in networking, telecommunications, and automation.
• Manage the lifecycle and software development methodologies for complex systems.
• Develop requirements and implementation strategies for subject matter area systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise users and leading support operations.
• Strong expertise in ITSM and customer service leadership.
• Proven track record in performing root cause analysis for complex technical environments.
• Deep knowledge of information systems architecture, networking, and communications protocols.
• Experience with risk management, electronic analysis, and modeling and simulation.
