What you will do

• Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and configure AI solutions.
• Test and validate configurations to ensure they meet functional expectations.
• Design and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate feasibility and effectiveness.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date configuration documentation.
• Recommend enhancements and optimizations based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Configuration Engineer, QA Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar technical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Python.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Angular concepts.
• Must be based in New York City.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of BPMN platforms (e.g., Appian, Camunda, IBM, Pega).
