What you will do
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into effective technical designs.
- Design and optimize data models to support organizational needs.
- Segment user stories into actionable work items within an agile scrum/sprint model.
- Facilitate development by providing demos, answering technical questions, and supporting the QA team.
- Maintain comprehensive solution design documentation according to team standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of combined experience as a Salesforce Consultant and/or Administrator.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-focused field.
- Strong understanding of data architecture and experience with middleware like Boomi and Workato.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed functional designs.
- Must be based in Canada or the United States.
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ Administrator).
- Knowledge of object-oriented software engineering and financial system integrations.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Gearset or Copado.
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and LucidChart.
- Proficiency in incorporating AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT into daily workflows.
