What you will do

• Collaborate with customers, engineers, and architects to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions.
• Translate high-level business needs into detailed requirements and create business cases and cost sheet analyses.
• Analyze data to determine business problems, trends, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Create and execute test cases, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective action plans.
• Leverage AI tools, such as Google Gemini or Claude AI, to enhance data analysis and automate the documentation process.
• Mentor junior resources and build organizational and platform knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Information Systems or Technology.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code or Google Gemini.
• Must be based in Pennsylvania.

Nice to have

• 1 year of experience in Lean/Six Sigma.
• 1 year of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare industry.
• Certifications: ITIL, TOGAF, PMP, or AI Certification.
• Master's degree in a related field.
