What you will do

• Lead technical pre-sales, conducting discovery, technical demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Collaborate with Account Executives to deliver the technical win and ensure product fit.
• Develop prototypes using hirify.global APIs to validate functional requirements and technical fit.
• Act as a customer advocate, relaying product feedback and needs to R&D and Engineering teams.
• Support the seamless transition from sales to onboarding in coordination with Solution Architects and Customer Success.

Requirements

• Must be based in Seattle, Washington.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, Consultant, PM) within the SaaS space.
• Proficiency in Frontend (JavaScript, TypeScript, React) or Backend (Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift).
• Experience with data formats and data transformation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders from developers to CTOs.

Nice to have

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Background in the search industry or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of frameworks like Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Commercetools.
• Experience in Analytics and SEO.
