What you will do

• Resolve service and system disruptions by applying technical expertise and coordinating with technical teams.
• Analyze complex technical data using statistical methods to recommend interim and long-term solutions.
• Develop and maintain support documentation for various levels of support personnel.
• Identify patterns in data to find opportunities for improving products and services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions for technical issues and process improvements.
• Research, test, and escalate bugs to appropriate teams for resolution.

Requirements

• Must be based in Austin, Texas.
• 0-2 years of experience in production or data analysis work.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (technical degree preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with AWS Foundational and A+ Certification (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of APIs, XML, and tools like Splunk, Kibana, and Postman.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python, C++, or other programming languages.
• Experience with Automation and AI.
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
