Salary: $182,144 – $213,786

What you will do

• Execute buy-side and sell-side technology diligence, assessing core applications, infrastructure, and cloud hosting models.
• Analyze cloud cost structures, scalability, data platforms, and integration architecture.
• Develop structured diligence deliverables that connect technology findings to business impact and execution risk.
• Support integration and separation planning, including cloud migration and rationalization.
• Collaborate with Financial Due Diligence, Cyber, Strategy, and Transformation teams for enterprise-wide delivery.
• Identify scope expansion opportunities and contribute to the refinement of diligence methodologies and playbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology diligence, IT advisory, or technology consulting supporting transactions.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, technology operating models, and cost structures.
• Experience working on Private Equity-backed transactions and product-centric environments (SaaS, digital platforms).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Must be based in the US.
