What you will do

• Hunt for new business opportunities and cultivate pipeline growth across German defense markets.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, bid strategy, contract negotiation, and closing.
• Define solution requirements in collaboration with internal engineering, pricing, and legal stakeholders.
• Represent the company at government events, industry conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements

• Residing within Germany.
• Native-level German and fluent English (C1).
• Strong professional network within the defense sector (e.g., Bundeswehr, Bundesministerium der Verteidigung).
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
