What you will do

• Own and grow the sales pipeline in the EU defense and security market from lead generation to contract close.
• Manage relationships with EU defense integrators, prime contractors, and system houses across key European markets.
• Position LiDAR and perception solutions for autonomous ground/aerial platforms, ISR, and border security.
• Translate customer platform requirements into technical and commercial proposals.
• Develop account and capture strategies for priority programs and shape requirements early in the acquisition cycle.
• Represent the company at defense trade shows and industry days across Europe.

Requirements

• 7+ years of sales or business development experience in the defense and security industry with a proven track record of closing programs.
• Established network and demonstrated experience working with EU defense integrators and prime contractors.
• Background selling sensors or sensing-related technology such as LiDAR, radar, or EO/IR systems.
• Strong understanding of EU and national defense procurement processes and program lifecycles.
• Must be currently living in Israel.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30% across the EU.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German, French, or Italian.
