What you will do

• Build a sustainable business backlog and customer base within and outside the space sector.
• Develop sales strategies and business capture plans while managing the CRM pipeline.
• Lead major government and defence bids, performing risk and financial analyses.
• Establish and manage partnerships with NATO, academia, and the global space ecosystem.
• Develop executive-level briefings and business cases to drive growth in new markets.
• Position the company as a leader in Active Debris Removal and in-orbit inspection.

Requirements

• Experience managing captures for national governments and allied organizations.
• Deep existing relationships with NATO and government customers.
• Strong understanding of NATO and allied procurement processes.
• Proven success in international sales, export processes, and meeting sales targets.
• Expertise in competitive analysis and price-to-win strategies.
• Must be able to obtain high-level security clearance in relevant jurisdictions (UK, US, AU, CA, NZ)
