What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end business development lifecycle across Asia, from opportunity identification to contract closure.
- Cultivate senior-level relationships with regional government, military, and commercial partners.
- Develop regional capture strategies and revenue forecasts based on Indo-Pacific security dynamics.
- Partner with internal engineering and operations teams to expand deployments and ensure operational success.
- Manage government buying cycles and develop compelling proposals for procurement channels.
- Scope new markets and establish scalable sales and business development processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Business Development or Growth experience, ideally in Defense-Technology.
- Proven track record within APAC government and defense ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of regional procurement structures and budgeting cycles for ministries of defense and navies.
- Experience scaling a business development function from 0-to-1 in a new geographic region.
- Ability to travel 25–50% across Asia.
- Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Singapore.
Nice to have
- Active U.S. security clearance.
- Prior military or national security experience in the Indo-Pacific theater.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree.
