Salary: $99,500–$123,000 CAD (Base + Bonus)

What you will do

• Implement targeted sourcing plans to attract top technology talent using social media, databases, and networking.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment across various levels within the Canadian group of companies.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition coordinators to streamline administrative and onboarding processes.
• Contribute to strategic projects aimed at advancing the talent acquisition function.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Prior technology recruitment experience is required.
• Must have current work authorization for Canada.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Bilingualism in French and English.
• Completion of or working towards the CHRP designation.
