Technology Recruitment Consultant

Location: Flexible remote, hybrid, or in-office work. The role is based at 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, then at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in Mississauga. Current work authorization in Canada is required.

Salary: Total annual cash compensation of $99,500–$123,000, including base salary and target performance bonus.

What you will do

• Create and implement targeted sourcing plans for technology talent through social media, databases, job boards, networking, internet searches, and events.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across Fidelity companies in Canada and at different organizational levels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define and execute recruitment and selection strategies aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate closely with Talent Acquisition coordinators on recruitment administration and scheduling.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives that improve the talent acquisition function.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Prior technology recruitment experience.
• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, sourcing, screening, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Current authorization to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• French and English bilingualism.
• Completed or in-progress CHRP designation.
