Senior Technical Recruiter, Engineering & Architecture

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $85,000–$105,000 base salary annually, plus eligibility for a performance bonus.

What you will do

• Support the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, closing, and acceptance.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical disciplines and geographies.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, professional associations, competitor research, and geographic talent mapping.
• Identify and engage passive engineers, architects, and other technical professionals through personalized outreach.
• Assess discipline and project experience, professional credentials, client exposure, leadership capability, motivations, and compensation expectations.
• Partner with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition, HR, compensation, and business leadership while tracking recruiting data and maintaining accurate ATS records.

Requirements

• Five or more years of recruiting experience in AEC, engineering consulting, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or another technical industry.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring passive, hard-to-find technical professionals across multiple disciplines.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, professional associations, talent-market mapping, ATS platforms, and talent-intelligence tools.
• Ability to understand technical roles, create focused search strategies, assess candidates, manage relationships, and close offers.
• Working knowledge of technical credentials such as PE, EIT, RA, LEED, and CxA, or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with hiring managers across multiple time zones.
