Bilingual Recruiter (Manufacturing)

Location: Mont-Royal, Quebec, Canada; hybrid arrangement with onsite work three times per week

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market data.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing, sourcing, and talent pipeline strategies.
• Evaluate candidates and present qualified slates against position requirements.
• Keep candidates engaged through timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using compensation guidelines and market insights.

Requirements

• Fluency in Canadian French is required.
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience focused on manufacturing roles.
• Recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment with demonstrated success.
• High school diploma.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
