Senior Product Delivery Consultant (Health Insurance)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States

Salary: $84,400–$152,300 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Plan, develop, integrate, and execute complex product and marketing solution initiatives.
• Deliver proofs of concept, pilots, product solutions, and marketing solutions across business segments and divisions.
• Work with product and marketing managers to document concepts, solution needs, features, and business requirements.
• Represent product solutions during planning, analysis, and implementation to preserve the intended concept through market launch.
• Develop business cases and manage prioritization, submission, administration, and execution of projects in the group portfolio.
• Lead the development and enhancement of business development methodologies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation, or project management, or 8 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Strong written, presentation, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including experience delivering formal training.
• Experience working across departments and management levels, handling sensitive situations, and adapting to changing priorities.
• Experience identifying risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies, and applying business knowledge to solve problems.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Preferred qualifications include consulting or product implementation experience, budget management, SDLC knowledge, and healthcare insurance industry knowledge.
