Salary: $102,300–$147,050 per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Lead service delivery for a portfolio of hirify.global Ready migration and consulting engagements.
• Manage the daily performance and operations of Project Managers and Solution Consultants.
• Monitor project milestones, customer satisfaction, utilization, financial transactions, and operational metrics.
• Balance team resources, support customer escalations, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Sales, Presales, Service Architects, and Global Support on customer engagements and issue resolution.
• Coach direct reports, set priorities, provide performance feedback, and develop employee growth plans.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of people management or people leadership experience in SaaS operations.
• 3+ years of HCM/WFM industry experience.
• 2+ years of software implementation experience.
• Experience managing customer and internal resources during escalations and challenging engagements.
• Strong planning, forecasting, budgeting, communication, negotiation, and business skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with the hirify.global Ready platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a Technology discipline.
• Track record of delivering quality technology solutions on time to diverse customers.
• Experience presenting technical and project information in a business context.
