What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering programs involving mechanical, electrical, software, and process teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, risk registers, and critical path analyses.
• Manage product lifecycle deliverables, including ECOs, configuration, and costed BOMs.
• Partner with executive leadership to establish program priorities and resource allocation.
• Drive issue resolution and decision-making across marketing, operations, and supply chain departments.
• Mentor junior program managers and support continuous improvement of project management processes.

Requirements

• BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering required.
• 8+ years of engineering program or project management experience in semiconductor or complex capital equipment industries.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of NPI/NPD processes and manufacturing readiness.
• Proficiency with SAP/ERP/MRP systems and PLM tools.
• Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• MS degree in an engineering discipline.
• Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Customer-facing program management experience.
• Global engineering team coordination.
