What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of advanced packaging manufacturing projects, including greenfield construction and tool integration.
• Collaborate with R&D, factory teams, and global vendors to ensure technology qualification and successful transfer to high-volume manufacturing.
• Manage multi-billion-dollar CapEx and OpEx budgets while reporting status directly to executive leadership.
• Coordinate complex international logistics for sensitive manufacturing equipment and materials.
• Drive yield learning curves and optimize manufacturing cycle times during the ramp phase.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and implement risk-mitigation frameworks.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related STEM field (MBA preferred).
• 6+ years of experience managing large-scale projects, specifically in greenfield factory construction and ramp-ups.
• Deep technical understanding of advanced packaging and semiconductor manufacturing technologies.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent senior-level project management certification.
• Advanced mastery of enterprise scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and navigating complex business requirements.
