What you will do

• Own the full program lifecycle from planning and SOC design through validation, qualification, and production release.
• Drive execution and overall program success by working with multiple cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Monitor and control project performance, including schedules, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Manage internal and external communications at both technical and executive levels.
• Proactively identify risks and lead comprehensive mitigation planning.
• Ensure complex problems are effectively escalated and managed to resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 10-15 years of experience, or a Master’s/PhD with 5-10 years of experience.
• 7+ years of program management experience specifically within the semiconductor industry.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. law (EAR).
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing and internal interactions.
• Strong risk identification, analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
