What you will do

• Oversee operations, fiscal health, and service delivery for assigned units and departments.
• Develop and manage a master integrated plan across multiple service delivery teams.
• Ensure all contractual deliverables meet quality standards and are submitted on time.
• Manage direct labor costs and ensure project execution remains within budget.
• Coordinate with the corporate PMO to implement standard processes and reporting.
• Coach and mentor junior project managers while ensuring succession planning for key roles.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required for this position.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance.
• 15+ years of experience managing technical projects, including at least one year of Program Management experience.
• Master’s degree in a technical discipline (or an additional 10 years of experience in lieu of a degree).
• Active PMP certification.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
