What you will do

• Lead technical programs focusing on optics, sensors, and image acquisition and processing.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from proving the business case through design, development, and sustaining support.
• Identify and mitigate program and technical risks throughout the product life cycle.
• Drive technology prototyping and problem-solving both in-house and at vendor sites.
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, service, marketing, and customers to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Define priorities for a portfolio of products and identify and develop future technical leaders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience in a Technical Program Manager role with both technical and business development responsibilities.
• Subject matter expertise in advanced sensors, optics, or sources.
• Deep understanding and application of Systems Engineering principles in product development.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical products on schedule.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the USA.
• Strong technical leadership and ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives.

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Success in leading multidisciplinary teams to launch or manage transition of capital equipment products.
