hirify.global is developing a payment orchestration system for fund transfers between users and merchants, adhering to PCI DSS compliance.

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of product initiatives across the stream.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and general delivery planning.
• Track delivery progress, timelines, risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
• Ensure transparency using Jira dashboards and status reporting.
• Optimize delivery processes and eliminate bottlenecks in team workflows.
• Support Product Managers in backlog prioritization and task structuring.

Requirements

• 3+ years of PM/Delivery Management experience in product software companies (Fintech, Payments, or SaaS preferred).
• Proven experience in cross-functional coordination and managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Hands-on proficiency with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
• English: B2+ proficiency required.
• Location: Ability to work in an office setting in Cyprus.
