What you will do

• Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and governance models end-to-end.
• Maintain key governance artifacts including project charters, RACI, RAID, and decision logs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, and vendors to align on shared outcomes.
• Manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and drive accountability across workstream leads.
• Provide concise executive reporting on delivery status, risks, and business impact.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of hands-on technical project management experience.
• Proven success in consulting or agency environments delivering complex tech projects.
• Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship available).
• Experience in KPI and CSF tracking and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Nice to have

• PMP or CSM certifications.
• Experience in fast-moving startup environments.
