What you will do

• Act as the Jira subject matter expert, designing and maintaining boards, workflows, filters, and project structures.
• Create executive dashboards and custom reports to communicate project health, velocity, and delivery trends.
• Support Producers with sprint planning, backlog organization, and implementing Jira best practices.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple teams to enable better data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with technical and production teams to automate reporting and increase project transparency.
• Coach team members and Producers in effective Jira usage and support client reporting metrics.

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of Atlassian Jira and experience configuring it for complex software projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to build sophisticated dashboards and interpret project data for various audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Dublin, Ireland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira Automation and Advanced Roadmaps.
• Ability to integrate Jira with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Knowledge of Confluence administration.
• Previous experience in the games industry or with distributed development teams.
