What you will do

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop detailed project roadmaps and implement Agile project management methodologies.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Facilitate collaboration between design, development, and business teams for intuitive user experiences.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budget, and quality, ensuring successful delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with senior leadership on project status and adjustments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in product or technology-driven companies.
• Strong background in business analysis and requirements management.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams.
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
• Technical background or experience with software development.
• PMI, PMP, or Agile certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner).
• Industry experience in Fintech, E-commerce, Payments, or SaaS projects.
