What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design projects from discovery and user research through prototyping, validation, and implementation.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define product strategy and deliver user-centered solutions.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including usability testing and data analysis to guide design decisions.
• Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes.
• Contribute to the evolution and governance of the Design System to ensure consistency across products.
• Mentor and support other designers through design reviews, knowledge sharing, and best practices.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Designer leading complex design initiatives for digital products.
• Strong expertise in UX, UI, information architecture, user flows, and Figma.
• Proven experience conducting user research and making data-informed design decisions.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, design process, and business impact.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience with scalable digital platforms, SaaS, B2B products, or fintechs.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, experimentation frameworks, and mentoring practices.
