What you will do

• Lead the design stream on client engagements, covering discovery, UX architecture, and high-fidelity UI design.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate concepts and inform product roadmaps.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, leading workshops and design sprints to build consensus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Business Analysts, and engineering teams in agile workflows.
• Partner with pre-sales and account teams to scope design efforts and pitch product visions.
• Contribute to internal design practice growth through mentoring and methodology evolution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on product design experience in an agency or consultancy environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the full product design lifecycle and dual UX/UI mastery.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience leading workshops, design sprints, and discovery sessions.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Miro, and prototyping software.
• Must be based in the US to support onshore consulting requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in Healthcare, Fintech, or highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with design tokens, component-driven development, or basic front-end constraints.
• Experience designing AI-integrated interfaces or workflows.
• Background in client pitches and proposal scoping.
