What you will do

• Design and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop secure, scalable, and performant RESTful APIs.
• Build and enhance cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Implement solutions using NoSQL databases like MongoDB and DynamoDB.
• Develop healthcare integration capabilities supporting HL7 and modern interoperability patterns.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience developing cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Experience with NoSQL databases and RESTful API design.
• Understanding of secure software development principles and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with HL7, healthcare messaging, or interoperability standards.
• Knowledge of AWS serverless technologies and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot.
