What you will do

• Analyze forecasting requirements and implement trend models for the Aftermarket organization.
• Export and analyze data from SAP to generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Collaborate with sales teams on promotions, onboarding, and customer forecast reviews.
• Manage safety stock using ABC analysis and calculate slow-moving and obsolete inventory reserves.
• Provide accurate monthly forecasts to internal and external suppliers.
• Create ad hoc reports and participate in the implementation of forecasting systems across facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Data Analytics.
• Location: Must be based in Crossville, TN, US.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with SAP and demand planning/forecasting (5+ years preferred).
• Knowledge of ERP, MRP theories, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills for professional interaction with an international customer base.

Nice to have

• Experience with GIB forecast software.
• Proficiency in MS Access.
