What you will do

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly rework schedules based on quality findings, customer returns, and engineering changes.
• Load Bills of Materials (BOMs) for reworks into NetSuite and collaborate with Supply Chain teams to track part status.
• Manage rework inventory, including physical counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation within ERP/MRP systems.
• Liaise with Purchasing and Suppliers to obtain replacement materials required for rework.
• Maintain dashboard visibility of rework status and report key performance metrics to highlight bottlenecks.
• Lead initiatives to improve material flow and support Lean Manufacturing projects to reduce scrap and rework.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Garden Grove, CA.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in production planning or inventory control within an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency with NetSuite, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of automotive quality systems, standards, and engineering change management processes.
