Location: Must be based in Central/Eastern PA. Expectation for field time is 4.5 days a week.

Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do

• Identify and secure new business within adult specialty segments.
• Build partnerships with physicians through consultative selling and education.
• Manage lead generation and physician satisfaction in the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Implement sales and marketing plans, including organizing physician events.
• Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings with an expectation of 4.5 days of field time per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, or Marketing.
• 2+ years in healthcare sales (physician sales/services) or experience as a genetic counselor.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel and work independently within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Life Sciences or Biotechnology.
• Experience with neurology, immunology, or rheumatology specialty segments.
