Salary: $145,000 – $180,000

What you will do

• Lead implementation and delivery for Law Enforcement customers, specifically acting as a primary liaison for the LAPD.
• Design end-to-end project deployment and integration activities to ensure successful platform launch and operational success.
• Translate customer requirements for agile product and technical teams to drive development and execution.
• Manage production and implementation programs against cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
• Identify and mitigate contract management risks and opportunities through a coordinated delivery approach.
• Provide general support for go-to-market and business activities as required.

Requirements

• Experience as a customer-facing program manager, preferably within law enforcement agencies.
• Proven track record of implementing new technology and interfacing with technical teams to meet schedules.
• Expertise in Law Enforcement and commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) and related software.
• Experience in Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, and Acquisition Planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex data environments.
• Must be based in Los Angeles.

Nice to have

• FAA Part 107 certification (strongly encouraged; required for certain positions within 60 days).
