What you will do

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional programs from problem framing and analysis through rollout and measurement.
• Manage the operating cadence of Figma Weave, including planning rhythms, executive rituals, and review mechanisms.
• Design and ship AI-powered automations to eliminate repetitive manual work across multiple functions.
• Build dashboards and inspection mechanisms using SQL and data tooling to turn data into decisions.
• Develop data-backed business cases to structure ambiguous problems and shape major strategic decisions.
• Craft executive-level narratives and materials for leadership reviews and board meetings.

Requirements

• Experience leading cross-functional programs at a high-growth software or AI-native company.
• Must be based in New York (based out of the NY hub).
• Technical fluency in SQL and modern data tooling such as Looker, Mode, or Hex.
• Proven track record of shipping AI-powered automations that removed meaningful manual effort.
• Strong systems mindset with the ability to resolve ambiguity and operate autonomously at a senior level.

Nice to have

• Coding fluency in Python, JavaScript, or experience building with agentic AI tools.
• Experience in SaaS or platform businesses working across product, marketing, and customer experience.
• Familiarity with creative tools, developer tools, or design platforms.
