Salary: $148,000 - $237,000

What you will do

• Formulate and execute long-term master plans and schedules for UAS design and development.
• Select, develop, and evaluate Program Management Office personnel to ensure efficient operations.
• Lead a team of 5 to 8 Program/Project Managers, providing mentorship and technical direction.
• Monitor programs from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal and external customers.
• Negotiate project specifications, budgets, and contracts while assessing project feasibility.
• Implement policies and standards for program management and engineering work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of directly related program management experience.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing Project and Program Managers.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or protected individual) due to ITAR/EAR compliance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for specific contract requirements.
• Strong knowledge of design techniques, business management principles, and resource allocation.
