Sr. Manager, Cost Accounting (AI)

What you will do

• Own inventory, fixed asset, and COGS accounting under U.S. GAAP.
• Build and scale cost-accounting processes, controls, and reporting for IPO readiness.
• Maintain standard costs, updates, and cost roll-ups.
• Analyze manufacturing variances and partner with Operations on corrective actions.
• Lead COGS and margin reporting and explain financial drivers to leadership.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Sales, and R&D to convert operational activity into accurate financial results.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or hardware cost accounting.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP for inventory, fixed assets, and COGS.
• Expertise in standard costing, variance analysis, and cost roll-ups.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology is required; employment may depend on citizenship, permanent residency, or prior export-license approval.
