Salary: $145,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of implementation and delivery for Law Enforcement customers, specifically the Chicago Police Department.
• Plan and design end-to-end project deployment and integration activities to ensure operational success.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable tasks for agile product and technical teams.
• Manage production and implementation programs against cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
• Establish technical relationships with customers to build and drive project milestones.
• Monitor and report contract management risks and opportunities to business and program leaders.

Requirements

• Experience as a customer-facing program manager, preferably for law enforcement agencies.
• Deep experience working within U.S. Law Enforcement or military, including engagement with high-level officials.
• Proven track record of implementing new technology and interfacing with technical teams.
• Expertise in Technology Assessments, Systems Design, and Budget Planning.
• Must be based in Chicago.
• Ability to obtain FAA Part 107 certification within the first 60 days of employment.
