What you will do

• Manage multiple product projects from concept through production, maintaining strict cost and schedule targets.
• Coordinate with overseas development, tooling, and manufacturing partners to ensure successful project completion.
• Troubleshoot production-level samples to fix defects, improve mechanisms, and guarantee consumer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary liaison between US-based teams and international locations throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop cost estimates and provide financial analyses to optimize product content and features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Marketing, Packaging, and various Engineering disciplines.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Apparel Design & Development or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and juggle multiple complex projects.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with systems and data entry.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in El Segundo, CA.
