What you will do

• Coordinate the execution of mastering and restoration projects.
• Maintain relationships with clients, operations teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure alignment with goals.
• Monitor daily project activity and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation across various shifts.
• Identify potential risks, delays, and workflow inefficiencies to improve processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in mastering post-production concepts, technologies, and workflows.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn scheduling/workflow tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be based in or be able to work full-time from an hirify.global-designated worksite in Universal City, CA.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of Xytech/ScheduAll.
• 3+ years of experience specifically in Mastering post-production project management.
• Proven track record of successful project management and strong documentation skills.
