What you will do

• Monitor and maintain the operating condition of all HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and manage emergency repairs.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians, setting performance goals.
• Collaborate with tenants, contractors, and property managers to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA, NEC, NFC, and NFPA safety regulations.
• Manage vendor scopes of work and oversee contract quality control.

Requirements

• Must be based in Waltham, MA (100% onsite)
• HS Diploma or GED.
• 5-7 years of industry-related experience.
• At least one year of formal or informal supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CMMS, and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Ability to read and write English for manuals, procedures, and reports.
