What you will do

• Define and own the global ISV/Tech partnership strategy aligned with product and revenue goals.
• Source and negotiate high-impact OEM, embed, and co-sell agreements.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape APIs, SDKs, and integration roadmaps.
• Drive partner-sourced pipeline and ARR through marketplace and co-sell routes.
• Establish repeatable playbooks and KPIs for partner lifecycle management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading ISV/tech partnerships in enterprise SaaS or fintech.
• Deep knowledge of the CFO tech stack, including SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proven track record with OEM/embedded and API-led motions.
• Strong commercial skills in structuring complex agreements and pricing.
• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
• Must be based in New York

Nice to have

• Experience with hyperscaler marketplaces like AWS, Azure, and SAP Store.
• Knowledge of payments ecosystems, tokenization, and bank APIs.
• Experience with PRM/CRM tooling and attribution dashboards.
• Experience leading partner certification programs.
