Solutions Consultant (AI)

Location: Remote from Minnesota, USA, or Ecuador

What you will do

• Own pre-sales software opportunities from initial client interest through signed proposals and handoff to delivery.
• Lead discovery sessions to define business outcomes, constraints, MVP scope, integrations, assumptions, and requirements.
• Develop solution approaches, pricing, effort estimates, resourcing models, proposals, and statements of work.
• Identify technical, scope, stakeholder, and timeline risks and align proposed solutions with delivery feasibility.
• Set clear expectations around scope boundaries, dependencies, exclusions, and future phases.
• Lead pre-sales-to-delivery handoffs and participate in project and placement kickoffs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience in a consultancy or professional services environment.
• Strong ability to lead client conversations and translate business needs into executable scope.
• Technical understanding sufficient to work with engineering stakeholders and identify risks.
• Experience building resourcing models and producing structured proposals and SOWs.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
