Enterprise Data & AI Strategy Consultant

Location: Remote

Salary: $129,000–$174,000 per year, plus potential annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Assess client business challenges and define data and AI strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead client-facing engagements covering data architecture, analytics, governance, modernization, and emerging AI solutions.
• Develop data and AI roadmaps and guide solution design and delivery with consultants, engineers, and architects.
• Present recommendations, facilitate strategic discussions, and help stakeholders make technology decisions.
• Provide technical leadership through project planning, solution reviews, mentoring, and best-practice development.
• Support practice growth through innovation, presales, thought leadership, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or an enterprise technology environment.
• Experience leading client-facing technology, data, analytics, or digital transformation engagements.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience guiding strategy discussions and helping clients make technology decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, or similar modern cloud data platforms.
• Experience with enterprise data management, data warehousing, analytics, or business intelligence solutions.
• Exposure to AI-enabled business solutions, data agents, copilots, or generative AI technologies.
• Experience developing data governance, analytics, or modernization roadmaps.
• Professional certifications in cloud platforms, analytics, or data technologies.
