Digital Strategy and Implementation Senior Advisor (AI)

Location: Rosemead, California, United States; hybrid work with required residence in California. The position requires reporting to an SCE facility for a set number of days, includes remote work on remaining days, and up to 10% travel throughout the SCE service territory.

Salary: $161,700–$242,600 per year.

What you will do

• Lead digital strategy and innovation initiatives for the Environment, Health, Safety, and Quality organization.
• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, work plans, timelines, priorities, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and changes, and communicate status, milestones, and mitigation actions to stakeholders.
• Establish KPIs, analyze project and resource data, and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Evaluate workflows, implement process improvements, and automate repetitive tasks using workflow and enterprise technology platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and skills development.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in work management.
• Experience developing and executing digital strategies, technology roadmaps, or business transformation initiatives in a large or complex organization.
• Experience leading enterprise technology implementations, system integrations, workflow automation, analytics solutions, or digital product delivery.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, automation, advanced analytics, or emerging technologies for business improvement and decision-making.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Enablon, SAP, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, or similar business systems.
• Must work and reside in California and report to an SCE facility under the hybrid work arrangement.
