Senior Solutions Consultant (AI)

Location: Remote US; 100% remote within the country of hire

Base salary: $150,000–$185,000 per year, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the technical win for complex enterprise deals from discovery through close, partnering with Account Executives and Account Managers.
• Lead technical discovery across HRIS, ITSM, Slack, Teams, knowledge systems, and related enterprise environments.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and proof-of-concept builds for AI Agents and automated workflows.
• Architect and prototype integrations using APIs, MCP tool connections, and agentic workflows.
• Lead RFP, RFI, and security-questionnaire responses, translating solution architecture into procurement-ready answers.
• Share market feedback with Product and Engineering and represent the AI platform through webinars, conferences, and content.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales at an enterprise SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or Amazon Bedrock.
• Working knowledge of MCP, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and function calling.
• Strong command of REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, SSO, SAML, SCIM, OIDC, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Ability to use Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages for custom demos and proof-of-concept integrations.
• Experience translating complex technical concepts for VP- and C-level audiences and handling high-stakes technical demos.

Nice to have

• Experience with intranet, employee experience, ITSM, or HR-tech platforms.
• Experience building an MCP server, custom GPT or agent tool, or AI-agent integration.
• Experience presenting at industry conferences or webinars as a technical AI evangelist.
• Cloud or AI platform certifications from AWS, Azure, GCP, or a major LLM vendor.
