SMB Campaign Manager (AECO)

What you will do

• Spearhead end-to-end demand generation campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting.
• Manage local and segment revenue marketing budgets for the SMB sector.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams including Brand, Digital, Content, and Product Marketing.
• Partner closely with regional sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
• Develop campaign briefs and manage activity scheduling and localization.

Requirements

• Fluent in both French and English with exceptional communication skills.
• Proven track record as a revenue marketing practitioner.
• Strong experience across the full marketing mix, specifically campaign tactics.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline.
• High attention to detail with strong creative strategic thinking.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in additional EMEA languages such as Dutch, Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian.
• Familiarity with hirify.global solution offerings and the AECO market landscape.
