Marketing Manager - Demand Generation Manager – Southern Europe | Hybrid based Paris (FR)

Location: Hybrid based in Paris, with the listed location in Villebon Sur Yvette, France. Occasional travel across France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, and the wider EMEA region is expected.

What you will do

• Own demand generation performance across Southern Europe and contribute to pipeline growth and bookings.
• Execute and localize regional demand generation strategies for France, Spain, Italy, and Portugal.
• Drive paid digital campaigns, SEO, web initiatives, webinars, trade shows, content marketing, service partnerships, and outbound programs.
• Improve lead quality, funnel velocity, conversion performance, and opportunity creation.
• Lead funnel reviews, business reviews, forecasting discussions, and performance management.
• Coach and develop a multidisciplinary demand generation team across multiple markets.

Requirements

• Significant experience in demand generation, marketing leadership, commercial excellence, business development, or a related B2B growth environment.
• Experience leading and developing teams across multiple countries or markets.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, campaign management, funnel management, and performance measurement.
• Experience managing KPIs, forecasting, conversion optimization, and pipeline performance.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, Business Development, and senior commercial stakeholders in a complex matrix environment.
• Professional fluency in English and proficiency in French are required.
