Marketing Manager Install Base France / Iberia

Location: Paris, France; hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

What you will do

• Plan and execute marketing strategies aligned with market-unit go-to-market plans.
• Build brand awareness, manage corporate identity, and create locally relevant advertising campaigns and marketing collateral.
• Generate leads through virtual and onsite events, campaigns, digital marketing, social media, and partner collaboration.
• Localize and execute global and regional marketing programs while managing websites, digital platforms, and search engine marketing.
• Provide market research, competitor intelligence, campaign analysis, and regular marketing reports to support sales.
• Manage CRM lead processes, marketing budgets, and collaboration across marketing and business development teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated success in an enterprise software sales organization.
• Strong problem-solving, presentation, multitasking, deadline-management, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Experience with CRM, HubSpot, or similar marketing tools.
• Business-level English and fluent French required.
